We prefer smaller, self-contained units to be let to 1-3 tenants.  Our properties are let on an ‘all inclusive’ basis, so there is no need to worry about utility bills.  In addition to utilities, we provide fast WIFI in each unit and a free TV licence.  Each property has modern furnishings and fitted kitchens with numerous appliances.

The company is run by local landlord/letting agent with over 25 years of experience in the Exeter market.  We also have access to a long list of reliable local tradesmen to ensure that any day-to-day issues are resolved as soon as possible.  All damage deposits are lodged with The Deposit Protection Service (DPS) to be held in their custodial scheme.
